Sihle Ndaba is a skilled Data Engineer with extensive experience in data migration, data warehousing, and application development. Currently contracted with Standard Bank Group and CloudSmiths, Sihle is involved in migrating manual data to Azure SQL Database and restructuring Power BI dashboards. Previous positions include roles at Mr Price Group and PBT Group, where Sihle utilized ELT methodologies and focused on ETL processes for data quality and optimization. Sihle also held senior development roles at Adapt IT, worked on significant projects at Discovery Limited and Nedbank, and contributed to the development of ERP systems while starting a career as a Junior Oracle Developer. Sihle holds a National Diploma in Information Technology from Durban University of Technology.
