Kathy Hajewski, MBA, MCP has worked in various roles since 2003. Kathy began their career as an Assistant Manager at NOCO Energy Corp. in 2003. In 2006, they moved to Hartmarx as a Production Planner. In 2007, they joined Ingram Micro as a Microsoft tele-Partner Account Manager and Microsoft Vendor Licensing Specialist. In 2012, they worked as an Inside Sales Representative at VMware. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at SHI International Corp. as a Senior Microsoft Licensing Executive and Microsoft Licensing Executive. In 2019, they worked at both Presidio and SoftwareONE as a Microsoft Licensing Specialist and Senior Microsoft Licensing Consultant, respectively. Currently, they are the Microsoft Licensing Practice Director at CloudServus.

Kathy Hajewski holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University at Buffalo, which they obtained between 2009 and 2012, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Kathy also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Buffalo State University, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005, with a field of study in International Business. In addition, they have a number of certifications, including Migration Ambassador Foundations (Business) 2022 from Amazon Web Services (AWS), obtained in July 2022, AWS Partner: Cloud Economics Accreditation from AWS, obtained in June 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, obtained in October 2021, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals from Microsoft, obtained in June 2021, Certified Software Asset Manager from IAITAM, obtained in June 2022, and Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft.
