Domantas Backus has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Domantas began their career as a Retail Sales Associate at Sears, where they used soft skills to market and sell 42 Sears Credit Cards. In 2017, they became a Sales Associate at T-Mobile, where they utilized their problem solving skills to solve various technical issues for customers. Domantas then moved to HomeAdvisor in 2020, where they made 200 cold calls a day with 3 hours of talk time and helped contractors all over the country to get the advertisement and the work they needed. Currently, Domantas works as an Account Manager at Zones, LLC, where they represent Zones, their capabilities, and himself to prospective clients to ensure they view Zones as a single source for all their IT needs. In 2022, they will move to Cloudpermit, where they will serve as a Business Development Specialist.

Domantas Backus obtained a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2016 and 2020. In May 2022, they obtained a certification in Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy.
