Eric Klein has a diverse work experience that spans from 2012 to the present. In 2012, they began working as the VP Operations at GreenField Technologies. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Co-Founder and COO of Cloudonix.io, a next generation communications platform. During this time, they were personally responsible for the day to day operations, customer support, sales, and marketing activities. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Tel Aviv Meetup Ambassador for Peerlyst and a Novelist for Purple Toga Publications. In 2019, they became a ContactCenterWorld Ambassador and in 2020, they were a Finalist for MassChallenge Israel. In 2021, they joined Starburst Aerospace as an Experts Mentor and Pace University - Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems as a Cybersecurity Advisory Board member. Eric also joined Pace University - Lubin School of Business as a Business Design Thinking Certificate Program Advisory Panel and the Metaverse Standards Forum as a Principal Member.

Eric Klein attended South Brunswick High School from 1979 to 1984. Eric then went on to pursue a BBA in Management Information Systems from Pace University from 1986 to 1990. After that, they obtained an MSc in Information Systems from Pace University between 1994 and 1997. Additionally, Eric Klein obtained a certification in EU General Data Protection Regulation Foundation (GDPR F) from IBITGQ (International Board for IT Governance Qualifications) in March 2018.
