Adam Ross has been working in the industry since 2006. In that time, they have held roles at Golfbreaks.com as a Marketing Assistant (Placement Year), NCC Group as an Internal Account Manager, PAV i.t. services plc as an Account Manager, Autotask Corporation as a Regional Sales Manager Aus/NZ, Regional Sales Manager Asia Pacific, APAC Director (Merged with Datto, Inc), and Sales Manager - International, Datto, Inc. as UK/I & Nordics Sales Director and APAC Regional Director, Antler as an Entrepreneur, and CloudOlive as Founder and co-CEO. At CloudOlive, their role involves ensuring billing best practice for MSPs that run Autotask or ConnectWise.

Adam Ross obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Sciences from Loughborough University between 2004 and 2008. Prior to this, they attended the British International School, Jakarta, Indonesia.
