Uma Shankar has over six years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition across various companies. Currently serving as an HR Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, and System Admin professional at Cloudmellow since February 2021, Uma has previously worked as a Technical Recruiter at InnovIT USA from September 2018 to January 2021, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment solutions and candidate sourcing through multiple channels. Prior experience as an IT Recruiter at Teknotrics Pvt Ltd from September 2017 to August 2018 involved full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, and screening profiles for diverse roles. Uma holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from SIR C.R.R College, completed in 2013, and earlier education was obtained at S.K School of Knowledge.
