Prior to their role at Cloudity, Herman worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Hardis Group and at Time for the Planet as an Associate. With a background in recruitment and HR management, Herman has also held positions at AgileOne, Carrefour, Randstad Search, Randstad, Le Groupe La Poste, and the Armée de Terre.
