Shilo Haendler is a Senior Backend Engineer at Cloudinary since March 2022, with extensive experience in software development and team leadership across multiple companies. Prior roles include serving as Tech Lead at eBay, where Shilo promoted global developer productivity and best practices, as well as leading development for a microservices-based platform. Previous positions at ciValue, Leadspace, and SAP Labs involved responsibilities ranging from operational improvements and backend development to guiding development practices and architectural design. Shilo has a strong technical foundation in Java, Spring Boot, and various development tools, and holds a BSc in Information Systems from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
