Rafał Jaros has an extensive professional background, currently serving as an Assistant at Uniwersytet Łódzki and as a Manager at 7m consulting since September 2007. Prior to these roles, Rafał held the position of Advisor at ARKANA.PL from December 2004 to August 2007. An alumnus of the University of Lodz, Rafał holds a master's degree in Psychology and is a graduate of XV LO.
