Joshua Fuller has extensive experience in data analysis and customer service, currently serving as a Data Analyst at Cloudfm Group Ltd since November 2016, with prior roles as Trainee Data Analyst, Trainee Estimator, and Benchmarking Administrator. Before this, Joshua worked at Screwfix for over eight years as a Customer Service Supervisor, overseeing a team of up to eight people and managing customer accounts, along with responsibilities in training, mentoring, and sales-focused activities. Joshua began in retail roles as a Sales Advisor (Trade Only) and Sales Assistant. Joshua holds a Foundation degree in Public Services (Business Management) from the University of Suffolk and a Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Uniformed Public Services from West Suffolk College.
