Nela Collins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and renewals sales. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Renewals Sales for EMEA at Cloudflare since March 2016, Nela leads a team focused on optimizing recurring renewal revenue by enhancing customer value and fostering long-term partnerships. Previously, Nela held multiple roles within Cloudflare, including Senior Director of Customer Success and Director of Customer Success EMEA, where responsibilities included managing diverse teams dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring satisfaction and retention. Prior experience at Teradata involved managing customer success for the company's largest EMEA client, while earlier roles at Intela Global LTD encompassed leadership of an email marketing team and strategic market expansion. Nela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
