Prior to this, Neil held key roles at Sourced Group as a Senior Delivery Consultant and at Commonwealth Bank, where responsibilities included leading significant initiatives in cloud migration and cybersecurity enhancements. Neil's career began at the Australian Taxation Office, contributing as a Technical Case Officer and Business Analyst. Educationally, Neil holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Law from the University of Wollongong.
