Kritika Thapa is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading and supporting project teams. Currently serving as a Project Lead at CloudFactory since July 2018, Kritika mentors a team of 5-7 members across 20+ projects, ensuring alignment with the company's commitment to delivering quality work. Previously, as a Project Associate at CloudFactory, Kritika facilitated communication between clients and project teams. Prior experience includes serving as a PMO Officer at Vianet Communications, managing project life cycles and documentation. Kritika’s professional journey began as an ICT Volunteer for the LGCDP Project under the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration. Academically, Kritika holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Kathmandu University School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Kathmandu Engineering College.
