Kim Lewis is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of HR Programs and Chief of Staff-HR at Cloudera since March 2021, Kim manages HR strategic planning and oversees leadership meetings to drive decision-making. Previously, as the Human Resources Director at CSM America, Kim focused on team development, HR business strategies, and performance management. At Auto Plus Pep Boys, Kim directed HR functions for over 850 store locations, implementing talent management strategies and leading a team of HR managers. Kim's career began at The Wendy's Company, overseeing HR operations in the southeast region and collaborating with operational leaders to ensure compliance and engagement. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Augusta University.
