Aliya Qazi began their work experience as a Human Resources Manager at Unitechno company in 2019, where they worked until January 2021. Aliya then joined CloudEagle (YC W22) as a Human Resources Manager from January 2021 onwards. In 2023, Aliya joined Marquee Equity as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in the investment banking industry. In this role, they are responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent with the necessary technical skills to support the industry's complex technology infrastructure. Aliya works closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and job requirements while staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technology recruitment.

From 2020 to 2022, Aliya Qazi attended KLEs Institute of Management Studies & Research in Vidya Nagar, Hubli. Aliya pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR and Marketing.
