Sebastian Sfat is currently a Customer Success Manager at CloudCall, responsible for managing key customers in the recruitment and automotive sectors. Prior to this role, Sebastian has experience in account management, customer support engineering, IT service desk analysis, and internships in banking, industrial, and accounting sectors. Sebastian also holds a 2:1 Honours degree in BA Management and Economics from the University of Leicester. Additionally, Sebastian has experience as a Student Consultant for Quality Circles and served as Vice President of the Local Youth Council Arad.
