Karthihan Ragunathan has accumulated extensive technical experience, currently serving as a Senior US Technical Support Team Lead and Senior VoIP Technical Engineer at CloudCall since April 2017. Prior to this role, Karthihan worked at NCR from October 2014 to April 2017 as a Technical Analyst, providing software support for Walgreens Boots Alliance. Between February 2013 and October 2014, Karthihan held multiple positions at Computacenter, including Customer Engineer and Lead Customer Engineer, where responsibilities included asset management and leading hardware replacement projects in various branches. Karthihan began a career in IT at NHS as a Desktop/Refresh Roll Out Engineer in late 2012, focusing on equipment setup and support for a Windows 7 project.
