James Bell

Vice President, Customer Care at CloudCall

James Bell has extensive work experience in customer care and support roles. James is currently working as the Director of Customer Care at CloudCall since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Support at CloudCall from 2022 to 2023.

Before joining CloudCall, James worked at Tiviti as the Head of Customer Experience/Technical Director from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they directed customer experience, IT, and product strategies, and implemented a customer listening program for NPS improvement.

From 2018 to 2020, James worked as a Customer Experience Director at Mitrefinch Ltd. During their tenure, they supervised global technical support teams, implemented a follow-the-sun support model, and established efficient customer service teams.

Prior to Mitrefinch Ltd, James held the position of Head of Customer Experience/Customer Experience Director at MHR from 2015 to 2018. Here, they managed customer support and Salesforce development teams and drove CX strategies. James also established CX metrics and NPS for the smooth flow of processes.

James started their career at Advanced Computer Software in various support roles from 2007 to 2015, including Support Service Manager, Incident Manager, Second Level Support Analyst, and First Level Support Analyst.

James Bell has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Derby. Prior to attending university, they attended Littleover Community School. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in CMI Leadership & Management Level 5 from the Chartered Management Institute in 2017, and ITIL Foundation Level from ITIL in 2016.
