Dr. Callum Murrell is a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect at CloudBolt Software, leading cloud architecture and pre-sales solutions engineering for the EMEA region since September 2023. Prior experience includes a senior consultant role at Capacitas where Dr. Murrell served as principal solutions architect and FinOps lead, managing complex programs in cost optimization, digital transformation, and cloud migration from September 2021 to September 2023. Previous positions encompass various roles in academia and consultancy, including international administrator and departmental seminar tutor at Durham University, lecturer at the University of Sunderland, and PhD tutor with The Brilliant Club. Dr. Murrell holds a PhD in the History of Political Thought from Durham University, along with an MA in Early Modern History and a BA in English Literature and History.
