Edna Paez has worked in a variety of roles in the past twelve years. In 2007, they began their career as a Project Engineer at HPC Engineering plc, where they implemented new techniques to improve the Kanban system that supplies parts to the assembly area from the warehouse. In 2008, they completed an internship as a Project Engineer at Gas Natural Fenosa. In 2009, they joined Telefónica as a Property Manager, where they were responsible for monitoring the property management of the company, managing contracts, leasing payments and property taxes, and supporting the Infrastructure and Telecommunications area in the research and purchase of new properties for the installation of new technologies. In 2012, they joined JAP Global as an Administration Manager, completing administrative tasks supporting the CEO, managing the sales team for the distribution of machinery for the extraction of oil and gas, and maintaining business/customer contact database, corporate files and business plans. Finally, in 2013, they joined Cloud4Wi as a Sales Operations Manager, Office Operation and HR Manager, and Sales Channel Manager. As Office Operation and HR Manager, they were responsible for maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures in Pisa, Milan and Rome offices, managing contracts and price negotiations with service providers, and addressing employees queries regarding office management issues. As Sales Channel Manager, they were responsible for the overall direction, research, development and implementation of business partnerships in Latin America and South-East Europe in order to increase sales and revenues, implementation of commercial and marketing strategies in order to build new local distribution channels (Distrubutors and resellers), and handling CRM (customer relationship management) software to monitor customer partnership and sales.
Edna Paez obtained a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering (B.E.) from Escuela Colombiana de IngenierÃa Julio Garavito between 2002 and 2008. Edna then earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Università di Pisa in 2013 and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Accademia Executive – Centro competenze manageriali in 2016.
