Katie Williams has extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving as a Talent Operations Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Qodea since July 2020. Prior to this role, Katie was a Senior Delivery Consultant at ECOM, focusing on tech and digital recruitment, and held positions at Oliver James Associates as a Senior Consultant in Candidate Engagement and at Rullion as a Consultant specializing in Business Change and IT Transformation. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Lincoln, earned between 2012 and 2015.
