Spencer Ryono serves as Vice President of Americas Legal at Cloud Software Group since July 2021 and is a Board Member at 2NDNATURE Software since April 2020. Previously, Spencer held the position of Senior Director of Americas Legal at TIBCO Software Inc. from November 2017 to July 2021, and served as Senior Legal Counsel at BDNA Corporation from October 2015 to October 2017. Earlier roles include Counsel for Business & Legal Affairs at Roku, Inc., Licensing Attorney at TIBCO Software Inc., and Legal Counsel at Rovi Corporation, with a career beginning in 2007. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law (2004-2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and History from the University of California, Davis (1997-2002).
