Melissa Molina began their work experience in 2006 as a Bookkeeper at Leigh A. Hogan CPA P.C, where they provided accounting assistance to independent clients and large corporations. Melissa also handled tax returns for business and independent clients until November 2012. From March 2013 to March 2014, Melissa worked as a Customer Service Manager at Flagship Facility Services, Inc., where they managed client relationships and ensured company standards were met. Melissa then joined Rhodes Osiek Patyk & Company as an Accountant from August 2014 to August 2016. Melissa worked as an Accountant at CBRE from September 2017 to September 2018. In 2010, they started their own business, MM Consulting, where they focused on wealth management consulting for small businesses and provided financial education through lectures and consultancy for multi-level marketing groups. Finally, Melissa joined Cloud Ingenuity in September 2018, first as a Finance Manager and then as the Director of Finance.

Melissa Molina completed their Master of Professional Accounting with an emphasis on Taxation at Colorado State University Global from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting at The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business from 2015 to 2017. In 2005, they obtained a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting and Real Estate from the University of Denver. Melissa's educational background also includes their attendance at St. Mary's Academy from 2001 to 2005; however, no degree or field of study information was provided for that period. Additionally, Melissa has obtained the certification of Certified Paycor Pro: Payroll from Paycor in September 2022.
