Petr Sokolov is a Senior Character Artist at Cloud Imperium Games since March 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including 3D Character Artist at 1C Game Studios where work involved the game Caliber, and Lead 3D Character Artist at Game Insight. Sokolov's career began as a 3D Artist at Kraken Games, and includes significant expertise in character and environment sculpting, modeling, texturing, rigging, and animating gained during tenures at Glu Mobile and other positions. Sokolov holds a Master’s degree in Traditional Oil Painting from the Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov, obtained between 2001 and 2007.
