Rajiv K Dua is an experienced IT consultant and trainer, currently self-employed since October 2015, specializing in IT best practices consulting and training across various frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, DevOps, and agile methodologies. Prior to this, Rajiv served as a Principal Consultant at Quint Wellington Redwood from December 2010 to September 2015, and as a Senior Principal Consultant at BTP Technologies Pvt Ltd, focusing on IT service management and governance. Rajiv held leadership positions at Sun Microsystems India as Director of Professional Services and IBM Daksh as GM of IT Operations. Additional experience includes roles at Max New York Life Insurance, Freedialin-com, Hughes Communications, and Cray Inc. Rajiv holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, along with a certification in Digital Transformation Strategy from Boston University.
