Graham M. Smith has a range of work experience starting in 2003 as an Account Executive for RH Donnelley. Graham M. then moved on to work as the Vice President of Sales at Oxford Analytica from June 2005 to July 2006. Following this, they joined LexisNexis as a Client Development-Sales representative from July 2006 to December 2007. In 2008, Graham co-founded Cloud [8] Sixteen, Inc, and also co-founded The Search Engine Guys, a division of Cloud [8] Sixteen, Inc, where they provided online marketing services for law firms and small businesses.

Graham M. Smith obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Wheaton College between 1995 and 1999.
