Vickie Rice, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at ClosedLoop since November 2022, focusing on aligning solutions with client needs to achieve optimal outcomes. Previously, Vickie held multiple leadership roles at CareATC, including Senior Vice President of Strategic Analytics, where efforts centered on predictive analytics for healthcare strategies, and Vice President of Innovative Strategies, overseeing analytics and product strategy teams. Vickie also worked at Benefitfocus in various capacities related to product strategy, client relations, and training, and began a career at BlueCross BlueShield of Oklahoma with roles in customer delivery and project management. Vickie attained an MBA with a Healthcare Concentration from the Jack Welch Management Institute in June 2022.
