Vicenç Juan Tomàs Montserrat has worked in various roles since 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an Administrator of Systems and Development for the Consejería de Medio Ambiente (centro de control de limpieza del litoral marítimo). From 2011 to 2012, they held the same role. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an Administrator of Systems for Soluciones Corporativas IP (SCIP). From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a DevOps and NoSQL DBA for Logitravel Group. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Technical Architect and SysOps Engineer Team Leader for Bluekiri. Lastly, they are currently working as a Site Reliability Engineer for Close since 2022.

Vicenç Juan Tomàs Montserrat has an extensive educational background. Vicenç Juan completed a degree in Ingeniero en Informática from Universitat de les Illes Balears from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned an Ingeniero técnico en Informática de Gestión from the same university from 2007 to 2011. Vicenç Juan also obtained a Técnico en Administración de Sistemas Informáticos from IES Pau Casesnoves in 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Elasticsearch Deep Dive from Linux Academy in April 2019, C100DBA: MongoDB Certified DBA Associate Exam from MongoDB in December 2016, and CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in August 2020.
