Harmonie Spalding, CPHR, is a seasoned professional in people operations, currently serving as a Sr. People Operations Partner at Close since April 2021, focusing on enhancing sales communication through innovative processes. Prior to this role, Harmonie was the Head of People Operations at Flow from January 2016 to April 2021, where the responsibility included establishing comprehensive People Ops processes and collaborating with the Leadership team to foster a strong company culture. Harmonie holds a Certificate in Business Administration from Vancouver Island University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in HR Management & Leadership from Camosun College.
