Susan Bailey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in digital product analysis and design management. Currently serving as a Digital Product Analyst at Close Brothers since January 2023, Susan previously held the position of Trainee Android Developer at JourneyHero and completed a Full Stack Degree program with Code First Girls. Prior to transitioning into technology, Susan dedicated over a decade to design management roles at Dawson Forte Cashmere and Cocoa Cashmere London, overseeing product development and managing design teams. Susan began a career in design at Inner Mongolia King Deer Cashmere Co., Ltd., contributing to prototype and sample production. Educational credentials include a BA Honours in Knitwear from the University of Southampton, an HND in Textile Design from the University of Derby, and a NanoDegree in Full Stack Engineering from Code First Girls.
