Michael Marshall is an experienced Risk Reporting and Analytics Manager at Close Brothers, focusing on risk reporting and management information within the Novitas division since July 2018. Previously, Michael served as a Policy Analyst at the Bank of England from September 2014 to July 2018, engaging in the RTGS Renewal Programme and concentrating on settlement models and FinTech integration, while also working as a Risk Analyst within the PRA’s Supervisory Risk Specialists directorate. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Physics with Electronic Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, where studies included a significant industrial project in laser characterisation, and a Foundation degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire.
