Paul Alexander is a seasoned professional with significant experience in production support and service management within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Production Support Manager at Close Brothers Asset Management since April 2019, Paul oversees a level 2 support team and manages complex vendor support for wealth management applications. Previously, during a tenure at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group from May 2014 to November 2018, Paul held the position of Service Manager, where responsibilities included managing incident, change, and problem management while leading a team of technical specialists to ensure the functionality of various Oracle financial applications. Earlier roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland included Service Transition & Assurance Manager and Service Manager in the Systems Management team, alongside managing small infrastructure project teams. Paul’s career began at NatWest and Centre-File, where operational roles were held from 1986 to 1999.
