Heather Bender has a diverse work experience. Heather began their career at Keystone Automotive Operations in 2005 as an Accounts Receivable Analyst. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at InterMetro Industries Corporation, where they served as a Customer Account Manager and later transitioned to the role of Open Storage Product Management Specialist. In 2015, they became a Product Manager in the Commercial Products Division at the same company, and they held this position until 2017. In 2017, they joined Clopay Corporation (CornellCookson) as a Strategic Marketing Manager, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they serve as the Director of Commercial Product Marketing at Clopay Corporation.

Heather Bender completed their Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing at Misericordia University in 2015. Heather then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Misericordia University between 2018 and 2020. In addition, Heather obtained a Project Management Certification from Penn State University in 2012.
