Abin Joy

Product Manager at Clockwork Logistics Systems

Abin Joy has been working in the customer service industry for the past four years. In 2020, they began working as a Customer Success Specialist for Clockwork Logistics Systems. Prior to that, they were a Manager at CVS Health, where they were responsible for the various facets of the store's operations, such as inventory management, customer relations, team building, loss prevention and ensuring safety regulations were followed. In 2016, they joined IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. as a Center Manager/Verbal faculty, where they were part of a center expansion team that successfully established a foothold in the industry, achieving a market share of approximately 20% in the first year. Abin later took on the role of Operations Manager.

Abin Joy completed a Higher Secondary degree in Business/Commerce, General from Chavara CMI Public School, Pala in 2011-2013. Abin then earned a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom in Business/Commerce, General from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata in 2013-2016. Most recently, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School in 2019-2021.
