Devindra Mankare has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Devindra is currently the Managing Director at Clockwork Business Solutions (Pvt) Ltd since January 2019.

Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director at Germane Analytics Pvt Ltd, where they focused on leveraging data science, technology, and analytical trends to enable data-driven decision-making. Devindra played a crucial role in helping organizations optimize the exploitation of information and establish decision support systems.

Devindra also served as a Partner and Director at Clockwork Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for IT and software services sales, client management, partner development, marketing, and general management activities.

Before their role in Clockwork, Devindra was a Director at Sushen Investment Services Pvt Ltd from December 2010 to May 2014.

Devindra holds a Sloan Fellow position from London Business School during the period August 2006 to July 2007.

Devindra started their career in the software industry, working as a General Manager - Software at ICICI OneSource Ltd from November 2000 to August 2006, and as a Project Leader at Logix Microsystems Ltd from February 2000 to November 2000.

Prior to their foray into the software industry, Devindra gained valuable experience as a General Manager - Works at SPR Group Holdings Pvt Ltd from April 1994 to June 1998.

Devindra's early career was in the Indian Air Force, where they served as a Flight Lieutenant from March 1988 to March 1994.

Devindra Mankare completed a Sloan Fellowship in General Management from London Business School in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnatak University between 1983 and 1987.
