Ilona Čedić has had a diverse work experience. Ilona began their career as a teacher at Primary school “Drinka Pavlović” in 2012 and then at International Nursery and Primary School in 2013. In 2020, they took on the role of TPT Author & Seller at Teachers Pay Teachers. In 2022, they joined COING Adria as a QA Intern, and then moved on to become a Software QA Tester at CAKE.com and Clockify.

Ilona Čedić holds a Master's degree from the Teacher Education Faculty at the University of Belgrade. In 2022, they completed a COING QA Internship Certification. Ilona also holds a certification from the QAITive Education Center in Osnove testiranja softvera. Additionally, Ilona Čedić has obtained a Cambridge English, CEFR Level C1 certification from the University of Cambridge in April 2017. Ilona has also completed three online courses from Udemy: Become a Manual Tester, QA Guide to Web Application Testing for Beginners, and Software Testing Masterclass (2022) - From Novice to Expert.
