Viktoria Kalcheva is an experienced professional in the hospitality and tourism industry, currently serving as an Implementation Project Manager at Clock PMS+ since April 2022. Prior to this role, Viktoria worked at Hotel & Casino "Cherno more"​ as a Sales And Marketing Specialist from July 2020 to April 2022, and at Grand hotel Varna AD in various capacities, including Sales And Marketing Expert and Hotel Manager, from March 2007 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as Front Office Manager at Kempinski Hotel Grand Hermitage and at Grand hotel Varna AD as a Front Office Manager and Receptionist. Viktoria holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Economics - Varna, and completed high school at IV French Language School Frederique Joliot Curie.
