Per Norling is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various companies. Currently serving as both Strategic Advisor and General Manager International at Rootstock Software since September 2017, Norling manages international operations within a provider of comprehensive solutions for manufacturers and distributors. As Chief Executive Officer of Rootstock Nordic AB since December 2015, Norling oversees sales, implementation, and support initiatives. Additionally, Norling is the owner of SmartUp AB, a consulting and investment firm, and has held numerous board positions, including at Chainalytics and Lexi Solution. Past roles also include CEO positions at TrustWeaver AB and Planscape Technologies Inc. Norling holds an engineering degree in Industrial Economics from Linköping University and has completed specialized training in board leadership.
