Leidiane Araújo has worked in various roles since 2013. Leidiane began their career as an Analista de Crédito e Cobrança for ISP SAUDE in 2013. In 2015, they joined Grupo Uni.co as an Analista de Atendimento ao Cliente and was later promoted to Assistente de Atendimento ao Cliente, where they were responsible for customer service and providing support and relationship management for Imaginarium, Ludi, and Casa MinD. Leidiane also provided training for new and existing operations, handled customer complaints, and ensured quality standards were met. In 2021, they joined ClipEscola as a Customer Success Manager - Key Account and Especialista de Produto (Suporte e Relacionamento).

Subsequently, they obtained certifications in Introdução à Gestão de Projetos from Fundação Bradesco in January 2023, Métodos Ágeis - Do Planejamento à Entrega from Descomplica in December 2022, Introdução ao Customer Experience from CS Academy in August 2021, and Inteligência Emocional from Escola Conquer in May 2021.
