Hendrick Tj has extensive experience in sales and marketing development within the automotive finance industry, currently serving as the Division Head - Head of Sales & Marketing Development 4W at PT Clipan Finance Indonesia, Tbk since June 2016. Prior to this role, Hendrick occupied several key positions at PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tbk. from January 2009 to June 2016, including Head of Marketing Planning & Product Development and Head of Marketing Promotion & Relation. Responsibilities included leading marketing initiatives, developing strategies for new products, and enhancing dealer performance. Earlier experience at PT Honda Prospect Motor involved dealer development and strategy planning within the after-sales division. Hendrick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
