Rowan Morse

Customer Support Team Lead at Clio

Rowan Morse has a diverse work experience. They started as an Educator at lululemon in September 2011 and transitioned to become an Office Manager at Sotheby's International Realty in June 2013. They then joined RIDE CYCLE CLUB as an Assistant Studio Manager in September 2015 and later became the Senior Studio Manager and Senior Instructor, taking on responsibilities such as training, onboarding, HR management, and scheduling. Rowan worked at lululemon again as a Lululemon Ambassador from February 2019 to February 2021. They then worked as an Economic Enhancement Coordinator & Bookkeeper at the Hornby Island Economic Enhancement Corporation, where they handled various roles including HR & Training Lead, Customer Experience & Social Media Manager, Project Manager, Event Planner, and Bookkeeper. Currently, Rowan serves as a Customer Support Specialist at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology, and will transition to the role of Customer Onboarding Specialist in August 2023.

Rowan Morse attended The University of British Columbia from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Microbiology & Environmental Science. In 2020, Rowan also completed a program in Accounting Technology/Technician and Bookkeeping at Capilano University. However, no degree was specified for either program.
