Lucía Martín Huerta has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lucía is currently working at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology as an Intermediate Account Builder, where they support customers in setting up forms and documents within Clio Grow while providing guidance on product limitations and best practices for customer communication. Lucía also diagnoses and resolves technical problems. Prior to this, they worked as a Junior Account Builder at the same company.

From 2016 to 2021, Lucía worked at EC English Language Centres as a Student Services Coordinator and Homestay Recruiter. Their responsibilities included recruiting homestay families, maintaining data integrity in the database, and assisting with the activities program for students and families.

Before that, Lucía was an Admissions Coordinator at Cornerstone International Community College of Canada in 2015. Lucía also worked as an Administrator and Marketing Assistant at Pera College during the same year, where they coordinated student intake and orientation, monitored registrations and fee payments, and managed the Homestay program responsibilities.

In 2011, Lucía worked as a Document Management Manager at Zinkia Entertainment, where they were in charge of the documentation department and implemented Document Management Software. Lucía also managed various types of documents and educated staff on privacy protection and access to information.

Lucía's earlier work experience includes roles such as TV Researcher at Instituto Cervantes, Media Researcher at RTVE, In-charge of Library at Comunidad de Madrid, Document Controller at Tecnicas Reunidas, and Senior Cataloguer at SM.

Lucía Martín Huerta has a diverse education history. Lucía completed a Master's degree in Audiovisual Documentation at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2010. From 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) at the same university. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, specializing in Especialidad, from 2004 to 2007.

In addition to their library and information science background, Lucía also pursued a higher cycle in sales management and marketing at IES Jaime Ferran from 2002 to 2003.

More recently, in 2020, Lucía attended The Graduate School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they focused on Research Data Management and Sharing. Lucía also studied the same subject at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Lucía attended AAPID in 2018 to learn Cataloguing using RDA.
