Danijela Projic's work experience includes roles at various companies in different industries. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Brand Ambassador at A|X Armani Exchange. In 2014, they worked as a Communications and Events Coordinator at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE). From 2016 to 2017, they served as an HR Coordinator on contract at Gordon Food Service - Canada. From 2017 to 2020, they held multiple roles at Cardinal Couriers, including HR Generalist and HR Business Partner, where they were responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and more. Since 2020, Danijela has been working at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology as a People Business Partner, providing strategic consulting and support to various teams, including Engineering and Product. Danijela advises leaders on talent management, compensation, and other HR processes, and collaborates with different HR departments to enhance the employee experience.
Danijela Projic began their education in 2011 at the University of Toronto, where they pursued an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree. Danijela studied at the university for four years, completing their undergraduate education in 2015. After that, they decided to further their knowledge in the field of Human Resources Management. In 2015, they enrolled at Humber College and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management, a program they completed in 2016.
