Tayfun Bilsel has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 1997. Tayfun began their career as Co-founder and Director of CPS Computer & Project Solutions in 1997. In 2002, they moved to Welding Alloys as Head of Information Technology. In 2008, they founded RABBITSOFT LTD, where they served as Founder and CEO. In 2010, they founded Clinked.com and served as Founder and CEO.

Tayfun Bilsel began their educational journey at Bilkent University, where they obtained an ASc. in Computer Technologies & Programming between 1995 and 2002. In 2005, they moved to the University of Liverpool, where they earned an MSc. in Software Engineering, which they completed in 2008. Tayfun then obtained two certifications: an Amateur Foundation Radio Licence from Ofcom in April 2015, and a Certified ScrumMaster CSM from the Scrum Alliance in April 2011. Most recently, they have been pursuing an Executive MBA from both the University of Cambridge and Cambridge Judge Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
