Julian Nast-Kolb's work experience begins in 2010 with an internship at Aon and continues with an internship at Aquantec in 2011. Julian later joins Academy Consult Munchen e.V. as a Consultant and Member of the Management Board, where they worked on various consulting projects and served as the Head of Finance from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, Julian had an internship at Nagler & Company and then an internship at Horticulture Australia Ltd in 2013. Julian worked as a Project Manager at Building Radar from 2015 to 2016 before becoming a Project Manager at Viessmann, where they led a student team in developing business ideas and strategies. In 2016, Julian also worked as an Interims Analyst at Yabeo Capital. Julian briefly worked as a Project Manager at Reederei Claus-Peter Offen (GmbH & Co.) KG in early 2017 before co-founding Cliniserve, a care management and patient communication solution provider, where they currently hold a role as Co-Founder.

Julian Nast-Kolb's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics from the Technical University of Munich, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they also briefly studied Mathematik at RMIT University. Julian then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München between 2014 and 2017. During this time, they also attended the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained an Honors Degree in Technology Management. Additionally, in 2016, they attended the School of Information at the University of California, Berkeley, although the degree obtained is unspecified.
