Bhavjot Kaur's work experience includes being the Co-Founder of Clinikk Healthcare, where they focused on revolutionizing the healthcare experience for the next billion users. Bhavjot also worked as a Production Geoscientist and Operations Geoscientist at Shell Deepwater Borneo, contributing to the development of field studies and executing major oil projects in Iraq. Bhavjot also had a role as a Student of Geological Technology at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, where they specialized in paleontology and sequence stratigraphy. Bhavjot also worked as a Summer Intern at Shell, conducting a project on shallow overburden estimation for a gas field. Furthermore, Bhavjot worked as a Well site Geologist at Oil India Limited and held leadership positions at Cognizance, IIT Roorkee, and Y.United Publications.

Bhavjot Kaur holds a Master's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Bhavjot attained this degree from 2009 to 2012. Before that, from 2006 to 2009, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from Cotton College. Bhavjot'seducational journey began at Christ Jyoti School, where they completed their High School education from 1992 to 2003. In addition to their academic qualifications, Bhavjot Kaur obtained a certification in Hostile Environment Awareness Training in March 2014.
