Jane Lee has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the pharmaceutical industry. Jane started their career at Novartis Pharmaceuticals UK Ltd in 1993, where they worked as a QA/QC and later as a Quality Coach. In 2010, they joined Novartis as a QA Coach, and in 2013, they transitioned to Novo Nordisk as a Quality Officer, focused on maintaining the Quality Management System and improving standards.
