Kara Allen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and account management. Currently serving as Channel Account Director at Payscale since February 2022, Kara previously held the position of Director of Named Accounts. Prior roles include Senior Director of North America Data Sales Leader and Director of Data Services Business Development at Willis Towers Watson from October 2016 to February 2022. Kara also worked as Business Development Manager at PitchBook Data and held various positions at Towers Watson, including Senior Associate and Custom Survey Project Manager, from January 2003 to October 2015. Kara Allen holds an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management and a B.S. in Business Management, both from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus.
