Robert Ernst has extensive experience in operational management and law enforcement, currently serving in Operations at Clinical Collection Management since July 2013, where the focus is on providing drug and alcohol testing services for a diverse client base including schools. Previously, Robert held the position of Vice President at DTECT from June 2014 to June 2017, overseeing the distribution of forensic products and crowd control agents for various markets including law enforcement. Additional roles include Agency Owner at Farmers Insurance, where customer-specific insurance coverage was emphasized, and several leadership positions within Engility Corporation and L-3 MPRI supporting U.S. security efforts. Robert's career began as a SWAT Detective at the St. Louis Police Department, where significant experience was gained in complex criminal investigations. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Webster University.
