Alex Gianikas, LSCSW, LCAC, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical settings. Currently serving as a UM Clinical Consultant at Aetna since February 2019, Alex reviews treatment requests for medical necessity and collaborates with providers. Previous roles include Psychotherapist at Clinical Associates, Behavioral Health Clinician at Health Partnership Clinic, and Staff Therapist at IntraSpectrum Counseling, focusing on individual and couples therapy, particularly within LGBTQI communities.
